Tile For Less Seattle: Store & Return Policy
To ensure we can continue providing the lowest possible prices in the Pacific Northwest, Tile For Less Seattle operates under the following guidelines. Please review your quantities and selections carefully before finalizing your purchase.
1. Special Orders: All Sales Final

No Returns: We do not accept courtesy returns on special order items. Because these materials are ordered specifically for your project, the freight and logistical costs to return them to our suppliers are cost-prohibitive.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If special order material arrives damaged or the incorrect product was shipped, we will replace the affected product at no additional cost.
2. In-Stock Returns & Restocking Fees
Returns are only considered for items regularly stocked at our Seattle branch, subject to the following:

25% Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is an industry standard that covers the cost of handling, processing, and logistics.

Full Boxes Only: Tile must be returned in original, unopened full boxes. We cannot accept individual loose tiles or partial boxes.

Excellent Condition: Material must be in "as-new," resalable condition.

Exclusions: Returns are not accepted on discontinued items, "Manager’s Specials," or items marked as Final Sale.
3. Installation & Inspection
IMPORTANT: Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product. * Inspection Required: Thoroughly inspect all products at the time of pickup for accuracy in quantity, size, color, and dimensions.

Claims: Claims for shortages or visible damage must be made upon receipt of the product.

Liability: Once a product is installed, it cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. Tile For Less is not responsible for product defects, damage, or labor costs once the material has been set.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if the request is made before the order has been placed with our suppliers. Once an order is in transit or has been processed, it falls under our standard return and restocking guidelines.
5. Shade & Image Disclaimer
Tile is a product of high natural variation.

Digital vs. Reality: Photographic images may not be an exact match to physical products.

Dyelots & Samples: Samples are representative of a product’s general characteristics. There is no guarantee of a 100% match between a sample and the current dyelot/batch.
